Well, it's been a while since my last post. Sorry about that. I can't say I have any big reason, just life. I know that all of you in our class can relate. We have talked recently about restructuring our time and our priorities, and I am still attempting to put these ideas into practice. I have a hard time with four kids figuring out what is necessary and what is not - i.e. piano (ryan and grace), guitar (ryan), basketball (ryan and grace), soccer (grace and luke) - and don't even get me started on school work and projects that seem to materialize the night before they're due.
I was at Camp Scrap friday with several ladies from our class. Can I just say, "kudos" to Julie Trout! She did an amazing job. I couldn't begin to organize that size of an event. And Janet Sweet doesn't even scrapbook, she just comes to Camp Scrap to serve the other ladies. She walks around the entire time looking for ways to help. Wow! I want to be Janet when I grow up. :)
I wanted to make sure everyone noticed the link over on the right side of the page for the bonfire slide show. Just click it and you can see some of the pics from our night at the Hudgens. A big thank you to them for hosting the event. It was awesome. We all had a great time.
I wanted to post some pictures here on the blog, but want to make sure it's okay with each family before I post any of their family. If you miss class this next week (the 4th) then you can email me about posting pictures of your family.
Coming up Sunday: read chapter one of 1 Peter and be prepared to discuss.
Next week we will start meeting families of our class here, so check in next week.
Have a blessed week.
